Au pair needed for friendly family in Crouch End, North London (North London)
We are looking for a full-time live-in au pair to join our lively friendly family. We both work full-time I am a school teacher and my husband is a neurosurgeon. Our children are happy great fun and full of life Charlotte loves playing with her barbies swimming and going to ballet. Tom loves singing and playing with his cars. Charlotte is 5 and goes to school all day Tom is 3 and goes to nursery every morning. We are looking for a kind fun flexible but above all responsible female who is over 18 years old and has had previous childcare experience. We would expect our au pair to work approx. 7am-6pm mon-fri baby sit twice a week and have the following responsibilities 1. Taking the children to and from school 2. Taking the children to activities and play dates 3. Cooking meals 4. Light housework (we do have a cleaner) 5. Keeping the childrens bedroom clean and tidy As I am a school teacher and therefore not working during school holidays you can take extra unpaid leave to gain extra employment or travel. In return we will provide a lovely home where you will be an integral part of the family. You will have your own bedroom with Tv Dvd player Wireless broadband etc. All food bills and gym membership to Virgin Active Gym. We will pay you £165 per week with 4 weeks paid holiday per year. We need the au pair to start at the beginning of September 2010 but would be happy for you to come and stay with us earlier allowing you free accommodation and time to settle in and explore your new surroundings. In return we would expect baby sitting and one working day a week looking after the children. Crouch End is a lovely part of north London where everything you need is within walking distance. Our last two au pairs have been extremely happy with us and we are very sad to see Alice our present au pair returning to Australia after spending a year with us.
