British family with girl (5 years) and baby boy (10 months) is looking to hire a Very Experienced part-time nanny housekeeper. Our daughter is at school from 8.30am to 3.20pm so we mainly need help in the afternoons. The role is mostly childcare but you must be happy to do some housework cleaning laundry or whatever needs doing in between our cleaners visit. Mum works part-time with some flexibility. Ideally I need our nanny to work Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays 2.30pm to 6.30pm Wednesdays 8am to 6pm Plus opportunity to work some Fridays and evening babysitting by mutual agreement. To be considered you need to meet All of these requirements At least 2 years nanny experience (including babies) in the UK with checkable references Calm gentle manner with a genuine interest in children Competent looking after 2 children at the same time often sole charge All nursery duties eg cooking simple children meals bathing playing school runs playdates trips to the park and taking the baby to his activities (monkey music gymboree etc) Someone who has worked in the Kensington area and knows the local neighbourhood is strongly preferred but not essential. Our nannies housekeepers over the past 5 years have been Filipinos and Bulgarians. We are happy to consider any nationality as long as you speak excellent English and have appropriate working visa if needed.
