We are looking for an It Support Assistant to be responsible for maintaining and increasing the stability of our It infrastructure in addition to providing normal day-to-day computing facilities support. Salary for this position will be £15000 25000 depending on experience and hours of work. Key Responsibilities Provide initial technical support to day to day telephone and emails requests from users Ensure that helpdesk calls are dealt with promptly efficiently and appropriately Deploy and maintain computing facilities including hardware and software to agreed standards. Essential Skills Knowledge in Pcs peripherals and networking equipment Ability to work within a preexisting team Self-motivated with good organisational skills in order to work to challenging deadlines. The successful candidate will also have excellent numeracy literacy and good spoken English.
