The host is responsible for the greeting and seating of guests answering phones taking reservations monitoring flow of room ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained Accountable Duties Provide a warm welcome to our guests dining in our food and beverage outlets Hosting experience a definite asset positive attitude Friendly good interpersonal skills Previous restaurant experience preferred Computer experience is an asset Act in accordance with fire health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises To carry out additional tasks as instructed and by reasonable request from the leadership team Adhere to all Savoy policies and procedures as outlined by the hotel Be an active colleague of the Savoy team in our mission of Turning Moments into Memories for our guests.
