In addition to 460 contemporary guest rooms suites and the fantastic Sky Lounge the award winning City Inn Westminster boasts a successful meetings and events operation fantastic cocktail bar Millbank Lounge and the outstanding critically acclaimed destination restaurant City Caf As Vip Coordinator your responsibilities will include to build positive working relationships with guests and prospective guests effectively communicate accurate and appropriate information regarding Vip s to relevant departments ensure the requirements and preferences of Vip s are actioned and recorded take responsibility for ensuring all Vip rooms are allocated the day prior to arrival and have responsibility for spot-checking Vip bedrooms prior to arrival and ensure that all Vip s are greeted on arrival and where considered necessary escorted to their rooms You will often be the main point of contact for Vip guests and prospective guests therefore you will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with colleagues and guests of City Inn. You will be comfortable working with standard Pc packages. Your people skills and commitment to service will be the defining factors.
