Executive Assistant to the Director of a Social Service Organisation Required (Central London)
The Executive Assistant is required for Sceme a not for profit Organisation whose full name is Social Change through Education in the Middle East. The Executive Assistant will support the Director of the Organisation in Developing promotional and public relations material Networking in meetings and social gatherings and in chasing up potential funding routes with the Director Conducting administration within the Organisation as well as research Assisting the Director with diary management and in liaising and meeting with stakeholders which can range from funders through to partner organisations The Executive Assistant will also be required to travel in London and possibly the UK with some Middle East travel with the Director. A Cv with a covering letter is required for this role outlining why you can add value to a small organisation trying to do educational work in the Middle East and what skills you bring that can make a difference. The role is paid on an hourly basis at £8 per hour and applicants will be expected to work 3 days a week for 7.5 hours per day.
