Specific locations South West Chingford Overview An excellent chance for confident individuals to meet residents in their local area and get paid for it Key role in making the census a success by visiting households to encourage the completion and return of census questionnaires Invaluable experience for your Cv Dates of work are either 21 March to 6 May 2011 or 6 April to 6 May 2011 Taking place on the 27 March 2011 the census will provide an accurate snapshot of life in England and Wales that will help key decisions to be made around future policies planning services and funding for local communities. As a Census Collector you will contact householders to encourage the completion and return of census questionnaires and to offer help and assistance if required. Reporting to a Census Coordinator the post involves working outside for most of your day visiting a number of addresses. You will have the choice of working 15 25 or 37 hours a week depending on your availability. Most of the work will be between 2pm-9pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am-9pm (Saturday and Sunday.
