The newly employed staff will work as part of a team to maximise sales by providing first class service to all customers by serving in an efficient manner in all catering areas. Job responsibilities To put the customer needs first to ensure they have best possible service experience Verbally greeting and making eye contact with all customers you come in contact with by Acknowledging any customers that are waiting to be served. Smiling when serving customers at all times Saying please and thank you to the customers when handling their money Verbally making a parting pleasantry to all our customer Being positive and polite during all customer interactions Carry out daily cleaning schedules &amp amp stock taking effectively Ensuring all shelves chillers crockery etc are clean and well stocked Maintain an efficient tidy and professional working area in the store Bring new ideas and suggestions for improvement to your team You will be required to undergo on job training and attending off job training sessions to ensure you to carry out the above tasks efficiently and skilfully. I am looking for candidates with relevant experience who have served customers and provided excellent customer service. You must have done both your Food Hygiene &amp amp Health &amp amp Safety during the last 12 months and have both of the certificates to hand as these will need to be placed in your file as proof.
