Lucky Voice is hiring! We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright, friendly and capable Reservationist to work full at our Soho venue. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the venue and on the phones. You will be responsible for welcoming customers to Lucky Voice, liaising with senior staff to move people around the venue effectively and will have responsibility for cash handling and reconciliation. You will work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the Lucky Voice team to ensure that our exacting standards of customer care are met in every instance. You will be responsible for making each singer feel welcomed and appreciated and to ensure that all guests have a great Lucky Voice experience by being upbeat, friendly, super-efficient and sticking to company values at all times. You must have relevant experience in a similar role at another busy, high end bar or restaurant. You will need exceptional customer handling skills, a warm telephone manner, a cool head and a big smile. Lucky Voice is a small independent company who know our staff are the key to our success. This role will pay £6.50 – £7 per hour + benefits.
