We are looking for an experienced, friendly part time supervisor to help run our bar & restaurant in Balham. Firefly Balham has been established for 8 years and serves excellent drinks and cocktails. We also have a very popular Thai kitchen, which makes some of the finest home cooked Thai food in South West London. This position would suit an experience waitress or barperson, who has a passion for delivering great table service with a smile. Knowledge of cocktails would be good but not essential. You would responsible for opening and closing the venue, cashing up, and ensuring standards are kept high. We will only consider people fluent in spoken & written English with all relevant visas and documentation. Living locally is also a bonus. Hours are flexible; 2-3 shifts a week, generally 2 nights and a weekend day shift. Full time is even a possibility if doing some regular waitress shifts as well as supervising.
