We are a young marketing and new media company specialising in the property and relocation industry. We have a large online and offline community and need a membership sales manager to help support new customers and welcome them to the company as well as find new customers/members to join. You will be supported by a team of marketing professionals including broadcast journalists, newsletter editor, producton assistants, media and communication workers and management and admin staff. We are currently seeking a highly driven, ambitious and confident individual who is passionate about community and customer service. You should be able to easily reach and set sales targets and excel at creating and maintaining relationships and managing people. You should be great on the phone and clear verbal and written english should be your main language. You should easily be able to manage and engage people and sell on the phone, as well as liaise with the client, cut the deal and create a lasting relationship for the company. You should be confident in sales techniques with a proven track record in business development and customer support. As the Customer Relationship Manager in charge of liaising with clients and advertisers, you will need to negotiate deals and then manage the team members to provide the required service. You should be interested in the property market and it would be extremely beneficial if you are familiar and proficient with social media, although not essential. Most of our potential customers and members are estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, removal companies, landlords and other property professionals, expats and industry suppliers. So experience within a corporate environment managing teams and client relations is essential Currently this position is Voluntary until our new start up business makes money, however, sales targets will be set and a good commission package is offered. We are soon to launch a large national advertising campaign and if you are prepared to put in the time and energy to make it happen, you will be offered a full time job within 3 months with a very creative and ambitious marketing team. Your job will include welcoming all new members to the website, greeting new customers, helping with their queries, inviting new customers to join and giving quotes for advertising on our websites and possibly attending local networking events. We sell website membership, online advertising, video promotion, training courses and membership based benefits. Onsite visits to clients can be made if you feel that it will benefit the negotiations. Monthly and Weekly Sales Targets will be set and bonuses will be given should you exceed expectation. OTE are £45’000 – £50’000 once the company is in profit and a profit share and/or shares in the company will be made available to the right candidate.
